1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high volume or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If we are experiencing significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

3. International Shipping

GetCloser ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

- Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.  
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.  
- International shipments may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and courier service.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

- Double-check your shipping address  
- Look around the delivery location (mailroom, porch, etc.)  
- Check with neighbors or your building manager  

GetCloser is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team.

Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking or escalating the issue with the courier if needed.

6. Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email contact@getcloser.co immediately after placing your order. We are unable to change addresses after the order has been processed for shipment.
